Our people. Our power

A community, not just a team

Our work is guided by individuals who carry lived experience, cultural knowledge, and a deep commitment to community wellbeing. Some are artists. Some are parents. Some are elders, youth, organizers, or first-time volunteers. Many arrive looking for belonging—and stay because they find purpose.

Together, they form the heart of Kicheko Project.
